Week 1 to 6
by positive intelligence © you’ll get to build a foundation of mental fitness by strengthning three critical mental muscles to shift the balance of power from your inner saboteurs (your negative self) to your inner sage (your positive self)
1 – Focus on Habit Formation
most attempts at positive change fail because we stop at insight and don’t build habits. Sustained change towards a more positive mind requires laying down neutral pathways to form new habits through consistent daily practice.
2 – Develop all 5 core muscles
mental fitness requires 3 core muscles, saboteur interceptor, self command, and sage. Meditation only focuses on self command muscle which is why it is not sustained by wose.
3 – Treat root cause
not symptoms by digging deep into what is self sabotaging your happiness, performance and wellbeing.

Week 7 to 12
